I am exhausted! 10 houses today

whew! 

Did you like any of them? 

Actually I did, there were 3 really good possibilities - and a couple more I could live with 

now I just need to sell my house in NE! 

we've had two open houses and now it is in the MLS or will be in the next couple of days - lots of traffic during the open houses

It's a great area of town, and a great house, so I'm hoping it will all work out 

That's good.  It seems like it could be a bad time to sell, so I hope it goes well. 

me too - I think we have a few things going for us

1. we live in an area of town that people love to get into and has low turnover - not a lot of homes for sale compared to other areas

2.  new kitchen - which is a rare thing to find in the homes in the area

3. 5 bedrooms, also rare

I'm hopeful!  send positive thoughts into the universe for me!

Nice job out there today!  You had a long ride too!.  I cleaned the house and went to a party then narrowly avoided being rained on for my run

it was a very productive day - I am in love with one of the houses and one of the lots - too bad they are not in the same place - LOL! 

I've gotten some cleaning done.  I really hate it.  See my rant last night.  I have to do some more tomorrow.  Yuck.

I solved that problem. I just don't clean anymore. (Instead, I spend my time on BT, where I can do productive things, like pad my post count motivate people to succeed in their Tri endeavors.)

Sooner or later, it starts to drive me crazy.  I've realized that it is WAY easier if I do it more often rather than waiting for a longer time.  It doesn't get that messy in a week with the two of us, so it goes faster if I actually do it every week.

Tomorrow we are going to work on organizing our basement, which is not going to be a ton of fun.
