Tonight I tried a slow cooker recipe.  (or rather I started it this morning)

Rice 'N Beans 'N Salsa

2 16 oz cans black or navy, beans, drained.

14 oz of chicken broth (I used vegetable broth)

1 cup uncooked long grain rice, white or brown

1 cup water

1 qt salsa

1 tbs minced garlic

Combine in the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours. 

It was delish.

I was busy drinking wine.

I think anything warm w/ brie sounds good.

I went from not eating cheese (even on pizza) for no reason at all...to being a total cheese hound. I SMOOCH cheese. I throw wine & cheese parties for my students so I can try all kinds of fancy cheese.

Mmm.

I will melt cheese on tin foil in the oven. Like a chip-less nacho. It's all good.
