(or rather I started it this morning) Rice 'N Beans 'N Salsa 2 16 oz cans black or navy, beans, drained. 14 oz of chicken broth (I used vegetable broth) 1 cup uncooked long grain rice, white or brown 1 cup water 1 qt salsa 1 tbs minced garlic Combine in the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours. It was delish. |
