Mine for this weekend. Primary goal: (always the same): Keep my bike and myself upright for the race. Secondary goal: Based on last race success I realized that my Weekly long group and group hill rides are much harder than the actual races. Before my goal would have been for a pack finish, but now it's to get myself in the top 10 or so riders coming into the last turn (200M before the finish) so I can set myself up for the sprint and maybe podium. Goals: 1. Not come in last in the swim 2. Compete the wholetime 3. Be the 1st black guy to cross the finish line (Consolation is be the 1st black guy in my AG to finish) 4. Look good doing it all( This is the most important) Anything else is just icing on the cake lol |

I made do with the training I had.
