More trainer intervals so another stage and 13 more miles. I'm at 83%. Had a super crappy day. But I'll make 100%.

That's still cold.  I am used to 80+ degrees in the water here.  (river temp is over 80)

Learned how to change a flat this morning!  I won't lie-- it wasn't at all pretty.  Took forever and it was gross out there-- bike trail still muddy from the rain, so I was a MESS by the time I got home.  35 minutes late for work today....

Anyway, Stage 7 and ~17+ miles complete!  Just one more and 23 miles to go.  Can't ride tomorrow since I have to fly to NJ for a morning meeting, and I don't think I'll be able to take my bike with me on the weekend, so Friday or nuthin'!

How's this for irony -- I just realized I'm signed up for a Basic Bike Maintenance class at REI tonight!  Would've been great if I got that class LAST night.  Doh!

Well, I guess another ~5 miles tonight to get over there and back means I can cut my Friday short if I really need to.

I haven't harvested in over a month.  I'm sure my farm has all gone to weeds by now.  Kind of like my yard at home.  LOL

I've pulled a muscle in my right shoulder and neck.  Haven't been able to get on the bike the last two days.  I'll have to get in two stages on Friday and then one on the weekend after work.
