I am off to sculling camp shortly, you all have a great morning.

Mornin', TAN. Hope everyone is doing well! I know I am, but still can't wake up for morning workouts Hopefully tomorrow!

I took my running buddy shopping at Wal-Mart after her shift (bartender) last night. It was basically babysitting because she was REALLY drunk but it's also fun to watch a friend make an azz out of them self’s and not worry about the aftermath.

Not much, boss found how I picked the lock on my desk chain friday  so I am at work with a new lock and chain (please send file in cake)  Had a busy few days so I have not gotten any exercise, hope to fix that tonight.  Dad dropped in for a visit this weekend which is cool.  

AND just figured out Donkey is a cleverly disquised cow from the dairyland.  Now wondering if he lives north or south in that great state.

P.S. on the smoke inhalation front I'm doing sig worse today than yesterday, but shockingly, not sore at all, no pain. V V weird.

{{{MELON PRESS}}} it was crazy effed up to be putting forth that kind of exertion in that kind of air. It was like doing a half-marathon carrying a large bucket of water and sucking on half a pack of smokes the whole time.

Kinda. You're getting there. It's more like tri/racing/roaming are an attitude and not so much where you've been or gone ... it's more like who you be and what you done.

A little bit sick but that's to be expected regardless and as Troy pointed out, my lungs had already been trashed. Thankfully no soreness, none at all, which is truly miraculous. I think large doses of ibuprofen and lots of ocean time today helped. DOMS may still set in tomorrow, though.

I must say I feel quite righteous. I posted pics of the carnage and I can't believe we were in the middle of that shiznit. Total craziness.

Or totally normal for my life, whichever way you look at it.
