disturbed275 - 2010-03-14 6:11 PM It felt good to actually get outside and ride.  I didn't go as far as I wanted too because my head was freezing.  I layered perfectly everywhere else.  Maybe I need to wear 2 hats next time.  Oh well, live and learn.

Today is the first day of my new, and hopefully incredibly temporary schedule. I am not happy about it.

Trying to work things out in my head I am going to have to get up earlier now that I come to work later. I'm going to have to get my runs in before I go to work. So instead of running outside in the afternoons in the 60 degree temps and sunshine this week, I'll be running in 40 degrees and dark.

Can you tell I'm a bit upset about this?

Her changing my hours around is what started this whole thing. I got dinged on my timesheets as well. I'm supposed to send them to my company weekly and I keep them all until the end of the month to get her to sign them. It is a major stressor to ask her to sign my timesheets so I hate doing it every week. I'll do it though, I'll just put them on her desk when she's not there.

I've been told by other contractors that it's a no-no for the gov't to even see, let alone sign, my timesheets. I need to do some more homework on this.

ironannekidd - 2010-03-15 8:25 AM The hour changing was the straw that broke the camels back. I don't cover anything, not like the helpdesk guys. My hours don't really matter. It's just one more way that she could pick on me, and that's what she does, she picks on me. Other people have noticed it here and commented on it.

I got lectured by her before because I was taking up too much room in the refrigerator. We have 2 fridges here for 22 people. The entire bottom shelf of one is always empty, I put a 12 pack of water down there. That was the only thing on the shelf, and she gave me a hard time about it. I don't use the refrigerator anymore.

I used to have to go to meetings up in the other building. It is 1/2 a mile away and I would walk. She contacted my company and I got in trouble for walking to these meetings. I'm supposed to drive from now on. I started catching a ride with someone else who was going to them and shortly thereafter the meetings were cancelled.

It's just stupied azzed stuff like that. Even if/when my hours get changed back I am still going to find a job somewhere else.
