I figured people saved up the snerkery and badgering and arguing for the off season.  If that's the case, we are in store of a heck of a winter...

It's an election year.

Now, about your stance on Vegas models ... jerk.

It's kind of a slouching stance.

We should have another TAN party/love-in/drunk fest...  That's always a good way to bond.

Goggs.  Beg the wife (oh, I should clarify, MY wife) to bring me along to Chicago next week.  I think she will be texting you to meet up while she is there.  So make it sound like YOUR idea...

I already asked, and was told no.

Yes, yes it is...  But you choose your battles.

She makes a valid point though.  Why spend all the money she is going to make on that trip and MORE, just to bring me along so I can just hang out and get drunk?

But man, getting drunk is fun, as is Chicago.  Tony?  Not so much.

There would be several BTers I would LOVE to meet face to face right now...  and it would be NO love fest.

I fixed that for you.

No, I'm serious.  I REALLY want to meet them.  Not sarcasm - and have "words"...  I'm guessing they are not NEARLY as tough as they portray online - especially in front of me.

Most I would like to just meet.

Some I would like to party with.

Some I would have some words

And a select few, not even words unless I tattoo "words" on my knuckles, then they would get plenty...  But that was long ago...

From my experience in meeting many a BT'r .. I do find some to be very different face to face than they be on the online.  Almost like two different people .. and that makes me sad.  A lot of "tough guys" are people that have no social skillz and/or conversational skillz.

True.  I would say, most I have met are true to their online nature!  I'm not sure if they say the same about me.  I tend to be quite at first to see how things are going.  Get the flow.  Then loosen up.

But that could be the same for TAN.  I didn't start off be this big a D-bag.  It took hard work a patience to develope this persona!  But I was quiet up front, just like in life.

"most" is the catch all - and leaning towards "party with"...

I've only met a couple of BT'rs.  They have been just like online only better.  I would like to meet more but JWKMH is not so much a fan of my BT friends.  It is sad but true.

Since we were talking about it earlier...

Instant mashed potatoes and instant coffee..  If they can't make them even CLOSE to being good, why even try?  Who would rather eat/drink crap tasting food just because they are lazy?

Oh, wait, I had Subway earlier...

Also, I need to disclose, I'm currently drinking the instant coffee I specifically bought for a recipe instead of borrowing money to walk over to 7-11 and get some fresh...  That's how I know it's awefull.

I guess I'm a hypo, hypo...  what's the word again, hypopotamus?

Teej and Kate.  G3 just posted a picture of the Women's 4+ bronze medal boat.  She noticed that one of the rowers was on the Penn State 4 that CMU kept taking second against all season.  She said it was a consolation prize that they only lost to an Olympian.  Are you watching the rowing?
