bradleyd3 - 2012-09-13 3:02 PM just posted food porn on the blogger-do-hickey I keep getting told I need to eat more so I have been trying to figure out how much I am "supposed" to be eating". Holy Cow!!! There is no way I can eat that much food!!
It's not too much really.
Quinoa (one cup ) with sauteed onion, kale, tomato, mushroom, baby spinich, and a chicken sausage link.
The side dish is cucumber and watermelon salad....
I eated this like 3 times a week.....
