hey Chris!

But you do slam turns. Where you slam into the wall with your head and blackout and then swim the other way in the red bloody water.

Mornin' Matt!

Some days, I feel like I don't even have to slam into the wall to black out

I'm all stoked.  My shiny, new-to-me race wheels arrived yesterday and I just received notification that my brand new super-dorky aero helmet has shipped.

GomesBolt - 2012-12-27 11:23 AM New Years resolutions everyone?

I know TJ is gonna stop coming to TAN.

I'm gonna get tighten up spending. Gotta save for that new house.

Last year I made the resolution that I was going to do at least one triathlon before the end of the year.  Now I have a new addiction that is just way too expensive, so I think I might pass on resolutions for this year

Teejaay - 2012-12-27 11:56 AM coats for cats.

This is a cause that just doesn't get the publicity it needs.  It is this sort of daily tragedy that is a clear commentary on the degradation of our society as we knew it.

Every kitty should feel warm!

Just finished watching Jerry Springer. When did he get rid of audience questions? That was the best part!

I saw "this is 40" with my hot wife last week. It was pretty funny.

The laughter when the guy walks in wearing his cycling gear is pretty good.

Why do people turn the burner on the coffee machine off if there is still an almost full pot on the burner?

I think keurigs are economical because people waste a lot of coffee by turning the burner off.

"This is 50" wouldn't be good because it would be about people who have everything figured out.

I'm not at 40 yet, but that movie was really good b

Hint: (don't tell anyone over 45 I told you all this)

For me and most of my friends and people I've met etc and so forth .. 44 seems to be the magical age when you just do NOT give a crap about what anyone thinks.  If inclined to do so that would be a good time for someone who knows better to go to Walmart in their pajama pants.  You aren't embarrassed anymore ...  you say what you want, you're more honest.  You look back at how you thought people and world worked in your 30's and cringe.  I mean cringe .. then you chuckle at how dumb you were to buy into it all. It's kinda neat.

I wish I had the confidence I developed in my 40s when I was in my 20s.
