I am really sick.

This is the first time since yesterday morning that I have been up to turning on my computer. 

There is less than a week left of school and this isn't helping me catch up.  Plus I missed out on some guest speakers and a field trip, both of which I had really been looking forward too.

Sorry you arent well Mel - its great you had the sense to stay in bed and focus on getting better!

Id break the work you have left down into small pieces and try to achieve small goals when yuo have the energy - might make it seem more manageable!

Can I say "Awww, poop"?

Did I miss everyone?  I got unstuck and managed to write another paragraph.

Just hope anyone that signs up this week remembers they signed up come April!

 

I havent run a challenge since October!

All of this month's participants remembered.... except one. And she hasn't logged onto BT since February....

Beside you know me - I always inspire everyone when the challenge teams go up anyway!

 

I did that, too. Of course, it was easy this month, we only had about 54 participants. (Much easier to inspire everyone this month, than it was when we had 140+ ppl!)

Umm yeah 140 you go a bit nutty... and miss people

And it ends up being a LATE night usually too!

Howdy Nibbs!

So I watched part of The Jerk today when I was on the trainer.  It had been ages since I'd last seen it.  Anyhow, at one point Steve Martin goes over to two water coolers that have been rigged to be wine dispensers.  Instead of paper cups in the cup dispenser he pulls out a wine glass.  I thought, "Now there are more than a few folks on Nibbs who would appreciate that set up!"

I am starting to get better.  Yay.  I still feel crappy though.  I am not up to much yet...I have just enough energy to take care of myself and occasionally drop in on BT. 

I am going to turn in for a nap and then I am planning on a long hot shower.  I will be going to the Y for this...my waterheater sucks.  My fever has been more or less gone for the last 24 hours and I haven't coughed since I used the inhaler the dr prescribed for me.  I haven't had any digestive related issues.  I am not too concerned about the risk of sharing/spreading the virus at this point.

Miss Thing denies hiding my car keys this morning. Oh, really??  Hoe the f*ck did they get into a cabinet?  I left them on the table!

Why on earth would she hide your car keys?!  That just seems like a dumb idea.  Also, putting them in a cabinet is something I would totally remember. 

x2 the only reason to do that would be if she wanted you to stay home right?

Teenage girls are monsters.... I say this with much love but I would never want to be one again!
