So, the bike ride this morning was really nice. Beautiful sunny day. A bit breezy. The morning started around 45 and warmed up to right around 60. It was great cruising up the parkway with some 200 other cyclists. Hubby hung for the whole time...albeit by his teeth at the end. Maybe he'll be inspired to ride more frequently. Or not.

I've decided to skip the race this evening. I need to run long tomorrow and am feeling a bit peaked right now. I'll go cheer on my friends instead and then perhaps tip a couple in their honor.
