Today at masters, I did the most awkward thing in a pool that I've EVER done.  After 1,000y of warmup we did 4x25 of sculling.  Head first, on stomach, then back, then feet first, stomach then back.  When the feet were first the sculling happened above the head.  AWKWARD.  Try it out sometime.  I really think that was the strangest 25y that I've ever done, with feet first and sculling above my head.

I don't know where the Pod is supposed to be swimming. Here? New? I just have to throw out there that I took a nap this afternoon. After being turned away at the gym because of pool cleaning, I got home and just crashed. Obviously body put on the brakes. Luckily Mak was good with snacks, snuggling and a movie.

I've read too much TT and CoJ, wasn't sure what to expect after that first sentence. Sounds challenging though! Glad you survived it.

I think small talk is still here and introductions are in the new thread. Glad you and Mak had some snuggle time. Sooooo is team RWB just for active/former or is it family and supporters too?

It's for anyone who wants to support and/or fundraise

I think we may as well all dive into the new thread/pod ... the right new Manatees tend to find us because of craziness, not in spite of it

Find a mentor. Make a list of at least three people that you could approach for help, list your specific needs and then be courageous enough to begin asking.
