You have me scheduled for 154 miles or so. I've never 'tapered' for a race with that kind of distance up front. I'm thinking I might do speed workouts 1x a week - the tempo runs - until Thanksgiving week and then knock it off with just easy running until the marathon. That's about what I had in mind. |
