Subject: RE: Passing with a "On your Left" CallAs Fred mentioned, he does well holding a solid average over a longer distance. Which is why he is so good at the longer distances. He's not a speed demon though. But he almost never trains in the "hurt locker" zones and never really races there (5k/10k running speeds and 40k and under bike speeds ). That will hinder him from being able to hold a faster/shorter pace some. He doesn't have to though as that is not his cup of tea and there is nothing wrong with that - especially with his hip injury. I'd still put the dollars (and the beer ) on Breck - at altitude or not. |
