I just realized that I hit a milestone that these challenges have helped me get to!  I in 2.5 months put in more the half of all the time I put in on the bike for 2006.  At this pace I'll surpass my total 2006 time in the saddle within 5 months!  The push these challenges give are awesome!  Thanks for the support everyone

Congrats Global...that's awesome!   It feels good to hit these milestones without even realizing it!

This will be my highest volume month ever as well.  I'm exhausted!!

So far so good this week. For many of us : This is a swim ( til you get gills) week .

I have currently moved up to 59% Swim , 65% Run and 87% Bike completed.

Swim day again tomorrow will have me on pace for wk 4 . And a bike ride Sat or Sun will have me at 100%.

Hope everyone's having a great week!  I'm now past 100% on the bike and the swim.  71.2% on the run.  Still thinking it's gonna take me all the way til the end of the challenge to hit 100% on the run (I'm not being allowed to run alot) but I'll get there.  Either way, I'm at 100% on two of the three things! 

Let's go team we can do it!!! Hope everyone has a great training weekend!

Hi everyone,

I will very likely get to 100% on both biking and running this weekend and then swimming Monday next week.

I guess I need to challenge myself a little more next month if I am already at 100% with almost everything with a week to go!

I have a long(er) run planned for tomorrow and then bike and short run on Sunday.

Well...this week has been kind of blah so far. I did get my swim up to 56.5% complete though. I'll try to get in a good bike ride and run this weekend...push those over 50% if I can. Good luck everybody.

Here are my totals for the last week

Swim - 7900 yards

Bike - 60.06 Miles

Run - 15 Miles

 

This puts me @ 77% for all categories, right were I wanted to be heading into this week!

My totals for last week are:

Swim: 1500m 

Bike: 78.3K

Run: 11.5K

It make me go over 100% on Run and bike and I am at 99% for the swim..... I guess I should have challenged myself a little more.....well next month!

Swim:  2,187.20 yds, 84% of goal
Bike:    120 minutes, 80% of goal
Run:    107.01 minutes, 85% of goal

I am on pace with all three disciplines, I might surpass my swim and run objectives this week.

Swim: 10,100 meters (currently at 42.083%)
Bike: 31.20 miles (currently at 149.875%)
Run: 5.2 miles (currently at 89.6%)

My plans for this week: swim, swim, swim.  I did a lot last week, I can finish up this week.  Don't worry.

I did not get out over the weekend .
But I got a great swim in this morning to start the week.
As of today
I am at Swim 91% Bike 87% and Run 75% .

Hey team.  I got stuck at the office all weekend and it looks like I have a slight running injury.  Pain on my heel.  Which means that I didn't get a run in this weekend and although I'll get in my scheduled runs this week, I can't push my running to get to 100% without risking furthering the injury which means I'm probably going to end up about 40 min short for the run.  If all feels well on Friday I'll see about sneaking in an extra run, but this week is pretty heavy training wise so I'm not sure how that will pan out.

On a good note though, I'm 1 hour away from my bike goal with 7 more hours planned this week and 1.5 hours away from my swim goal with 3 more hours planned this week.  Here are my totals so far.

SWIM: 8.5 / 10 hours ~ 85% 

BIKE: 19 / 20 hours ~ 95%

RUN: 7.83 / 10 hours ~ 78.3%

Hope that foot feels better soon Global.  Injuries suck.  Positive vibes comin' your way.

I'll hit my last 100% (run) this week as I've got a run scheduled every day from now til April 1.  I have two 5K races this week and a bunch of other running workouts.  I'm currently at 63 out of 75 miles (84%) with about 17 miles scheduled for this week.

Totals from last week:

Swim: 4705yds
Bike: 165mi
Run: 19mi

It's our last week!  Let's kick it out!!  GO BLUE!!!

Most of the team is doing awsome and will reach their individual 100% this week (if not already) . But...

We had some MIA s last week which hurt our team score. Sending Good BLUE TEAM ViBes to you guys.

So my swim this morning takes me within 30 min of my swim goal which will be completed on Thursday, and my bike tonight will put me over the top on my biking goal.  I've got more 3 runs this week and I'm going to try and tack on a bit of time to each of them to make it as long as the foot feels good.   One of them is a brick run after a 4.5 hr ride though so we'll see how that goes .

I am the opposite with only a half a mile to swim and ten miles to run .

Sundays IS included?  Isn't that April.  Well in that case I have a 2 hour run that day and will easily make my run goal.  I passed my Bike goal last night and will pass the swimming goal tomorrow.
