Oh yeah...13/13!

I'm still here, but still can't update the spreadsheet.  Will someone give me X's for core work done on August 10-13?  Sorry I haven't been at 100%, but it has been what it is.  I am at 10/13.  Thanks.

Wow!  I was able to update the spreadsheet for tonight's core workout ALL BY MYSELF.  I can't explain it.

We are still in the lead, but not by much.  Maybe a few people still need to catch up on their logging. 

Managed to get my core in during the weekend and today! Yeah!

Leah ~ I'm starting to think your computer truly has a mind of its own

I have some updating to do as I just haven't been in the mood to get on the computer lately...which is odd for me! Anyway, i'll be sure to fill in the spreadsheet!!

Since I couldn't do it on two different computers, I had to look at the common denominator.  Ooohhh.  That would be me.  But how hard is it to highlight a box and type an "x?"  Anyway, I was successful again tonight.  That pesky upstart rival team is getting awfully close to us.  EVERYONE!!  Pay attention.  Get those core workouts in AND logged.

I can't believe I am saying this but I don't want this challenge to end. I am still very weak in my core but am starting to see and feel a difference from finally being consistent with this

I have to agree...it is unbelievable the difference a strong(er) core make in all areas

It is great seeing and feeling the results. It makes it easier to continue and stay with it everyday. Another 10 in for me!

I agree.  I've been going to Crossfit for over 1-1/2 years and had developed a pretty strong core.  And then with traveling and Ironman training I didn't go to CF much in June and July and really could see the decline in my midsection.  While ten minutes a day doesn't achieve the same results as going to Crossfit 3x per week, this Challenge has brought me back to a little closer to where I was before.

I missed Tuesday but got in yesterday and today.

Thanks Dee! I'm determined to stay with this...as much as I may not want to some days. It's great and I've gotten some compliments on how I'm looking these days!

LOL - yeah, I miss it too and I've lived here for years!  It might stay fairly dry thru October, but this is definitely an even cooler summer than usual.

Hi team! I hope everyone has a super weekend! I'm going to N.H. to see my sister but I will be sure to get my core workouts done and I will update on Sunday evening!

Today was my birthday so I celebrated by going on a run and a bike ride...and eating cake of course! Now I need to go get my ab work done. Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend!!

My weekend was great! It's always great spending time with my "baby" sister and her family. Got my core workouts in too!
