Just got back from 10 miles of hill repeats. (~1,200 Ft of Climbing) Was a pretty tough workout but I am glad that waited for the cool afternoon breeze. Now at:

Week: 64 Miles

MTD: 140 Miles - 56% Complete

Great job everyone

Just finished my race so another 13.1 done. It wasn't my finest performance, but miles nonetheless. I ended up averaging my goal MP, but with some faster and slower miles. This kicks off my week of catching up! I think I'm at 46.8 miles to date, 39% of goal.

Here is what I have tallied for Week 2:

 Week 1Week 2
APW03971027
Cadmus20.7421.16
ColdRingo620.9429.24
LazyMarathoner1630.8
Parker8156.59.5
Rtocco29.376.93
TriOK018.65
Waterdog5684

Note that the last update I have from TriOK is about a week old (Logs are Private) and so I suspect there is a newer number for her.

Looks great everyone

I will send this to SB later today if this looks correct for everyone

Can you add some of your miles to mine? My total as of yesterday was actually 33.7. Not a huge difference, but every little bit counts!

I ran 2.95 miles today, but can't remember what the reporting periods were.  I guess it doesn't really matter since it will be in the total one way or the other.

Keep up the good work everyone.

Just got back from my 20 mile long run. The heat and humidity took it's toll early in the run but I was able to recover some hydration at least through 16. Things did start to get tough in the last few miles though (Hills and Dehydration) but I made it happen. Feeling strong for my upcoming race especially since it is pancake flat and nothing like the race I am really training for. (Boston)

Current Week: 84 Miles (My week, Monday to Sunday)
MTD: 160 Miles - 64% Complete

Got my 4 miles in although my legs weren't feeling it. That gives me 20/35 with half the month to go!

7 miles done this morning. My legs were hurting from Sunday's HM so I ran 5 outside and did the final 2 on the elliptical. I don't think my legs are ready for full volume unfortunately.

I'm at 53.8 miles so far, 44.8 percent. I'm still playing catch-up, but assuming nothing goes wrong I should be able to hit my goal.

Congrats to everyone, we're still in second place and I think we'll be moving up!

Yeah, we're 200 miles ahead and 2% behind the Nads.  We're going to have to overachieve I think to win it.  I'll see what I can do to help!

No 4 mile easy run for me like I planned yesterday. Had to work late cleaning up someone's mess, so I missed out. Probably make it up on Thursday.

Knocked out 4 miles this morning after my wife got done with a 3 miler. Temps were in the low 50s. That's crazy for Texas this time of year. Hard to fathom a September run where I don't sweat until I get inside.

Did 10 miles of hill repeats tonight after work. Everything was great for the first 8 miles but my nutrition got more than a bit thin for the last couple of miles.

Current Week: 30 Miles
