Huh, post padding, what is that.  I just don't see it.  Looks to me like someone was practicing their ABCs.

To put some padding on the post in the basement when I'm on or really off the rollers.. AaaaaaHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!...............  thump.

3 hour trainer ride for 52 miles this morning!  A bit mind numbing. but not to bad.  195.94/350!!
