Well folks, I just wanted to let y'all know that I'll be out for a few days. I'm taking some leave starting tomorrow until the 9th and going to China. Wohoo! I'm not sure if I'll have internet access while there because it all depends on if there is wireless in the hotel.

Long story short, I'll still be training even if it has to be religated to the hotel fitness room (yes I did check and there is one... isn't that sad...) but I may not be able to post my training until I get back from my trip, which will be next Thursday. So, never fear, I haven't abandoned you, I just may be out of touch for a few days.

My log is upto date through 4 April.

Have fun!

I think checking to see if the hotel has a fitness room is responsible behavior

The hotel even has an indoor pool. I doubt it is a 25 meter lap pool though.

Wouldn't that be nice to have a 25 meter lap pool at your hotel.  Heck, I wish I had a 25 meter lap pool at my gym

Enjoy China Michael. Hope to see those numbers take a good jump next week when you get back.

Even if your swimming is done in a small pool, this just give you more opportunity to practise your turns!!!!

Have fun

Do I detect a hint of bitterness???? GO BHOOVER'S DAUGHTER YAY!!!

Nah... not a bit. I'm sure that if I spent 17 hours in the pool a week, I'ld be in pretty good shape too. It's just that she makes it all look so easy.

Hey folks,

Just took a look at the numbers on the spreadsheet and it looks like we are doing pretty good.

I noticied that it looks like we have a team that like to run, but not to swim (since we are 13% into the challenge and have completed 15% of our running goals but only 8% of our swim goals).........

......but I am sure it is beacuse everyone who has not got a swim logged yet is planning to do it today or tomorrow and get caught up.....right????.........eh?

If not there could be some people spending a lot of the last week in April in the pool.....LOL......we are talking some wrinkly pumpkins that week....

Don't become a wrinkly pumpkin........get in the water!

Nice workouts so far team.......we can squash the pineapples and extinguish the lava....Let's keep it up

I'm not sure but I think the spreadsheet isn't adding my strength   I'm not sure.  It isn't showing the percentage completed for strength, so it leads me to believe that it isn't tallying it in my overall percentage, which includes the teams overall percentage. hmmm did that make sense?  Can someone look into that??? Is there a spreadsheet guru on the team?

I've got a decent swim planned for Monday, but I'm working all this weekend :-(

My borther is an avid gardener, so we threw a pumpkin into the water trough yesterday just to make sure that they float!! ( I though it might be a bad omen if they didn't ;-)) rest assured that pumpkins do as well on water as they do on land
