Good morning Pumpkins!

Way to go team....everyone seems to be on track for us to win this one!

This weekend I ran a 1/2 marathon and got a PR. I am soo excited. I made it a goal to complete a 1/2 marathon in 2008 under 2 hours. I did it yesterday! I ran it in 1:58:57. YIPPEE! So, now I am at 110% of my running. The only problem is that it didn't change on the graph. I sent Artemis an email to hopefully fix it.

I have some swimming and lifting left, which I will do this week. No problem.

I hope everybody is staying healthy and training hard.

GO PUMPKINS!!

WOW !! way to achieve your goal! Nice going.

Hi pumpkins - let's FINISH STRONG - 3 days we can do it. My DS drew a picture to use as my avatar so I can't have a pansie, just wouldn't go with the swim/run/bike pic he made - he got the bike and run mixed up, but it's the thought!

GO pump KINGS!!!!!!

It should be fixed on the spreadsheet for you.  I noticed that the formula got overwritten for your goal.  If it's still a problem, let me know and I'll check it again.

Well everyone.  It has been a blast being on this team for the month of April.  As I write this it is the morning of the 29th (I know, I'm a half day ahead of most of you) so I just wanted to take a moment and say thanks for keeping me motivated to get my butt into the gym.

I hope to see a lot of you back for the May challenge and I've already seen a few familiar avatar's in the sign-up thread already.  I'll be repp'ing for the world team seeing as how I'm geographically seperated at this time so I prolly won't be on the same team as most of you.

Good luck to you all in your training and stay healthy!

I'm running and swimming today.  These 4 days away have me a bit stressed out as far as getting my swims in...he he.  I will have it done. I will most likely be over, too.

 Let's bring it home :-)

Ok.  I'm overall a tiny bit over 100%; however, my swim and run are just under.  They will be were they need to be :-)

Let's go Pumpkins!

Well, I'll be slightly over my goal for biking, and slightly under (by 400 meters) on the swimming. Should have dipped into the SF Bay one more time. But the net effect is more than 100% so it's all good.

Great job Pumpkins!!!
