My friend John just passed the 40k at 2:34:09.

Slowing just a bit now with a projected finish time of 2:42.

Gonna have to pick it up and start hauling the mail if he is going to break 2:40

That hill must have slowed down Paul a bit; he's now 20 seconds off a sub-3 pace. I hope he cranks it out!!

Keep running BTers!

My sister is on pace for a 3:26 through 25k.  She won her AG at the Kinetic HIM in VA on Saturday.  Now we'll start to see if she's feeling the effects or just a freak.  (I know the answer already.

If I ever run a race, I will make sure to train to be exactly as fast as Lance Armstrong, because apparently as soon as the winners cross, he is the only one to get TV coverage

It looks like he has lots of BT company also. Seems like we are going to get a bunch of folks coming through at 3:15 with him.

He came through the 35k mark and made up a lot of time.

Bryan's Mom just made the half at 2:13:49.

She has been running a very consistent pace and is projected to finish just under 4:30.

Yeah, my friend John finished in 2:42. Not the sub-2:40 he was hoping for but hey, this is Boston:

He is definitely another one of my running heroes. For those who read my training blog, he is the guy who have me some of those really sick track workouts. (And here is the evidience that they work)
