Ok, I'm going to try this again.  Last month, life came at me and totally slammed me.  I need to get back into things, but I'm going to learn and start with easy goals and increase as appropriate.

So

Bike: 8 hours

Run: 8 hours

Swim: 5 hours

(Strength -- if it's part of this: 8 sessions).

Oh,  and I'm a Southern Arizona desert pack rat!

Hi Nicole

I will be participating in a swim clinic/video analysis tomorrow.  I suspect there will be quite alot of standing around.  Would all this time count toward my swim goal?

Thanks for helping to organize this.

WEST IS BEST   (had to say it...)

Karen

Karen,

I never state my goals by time so I'm not sure how others deal with this during regular swim/training sessions. I think that you should try not to count most of the "standing around" time and try to figure out your actual swimming time.
