That was also partly because I was sick of it and didn't know what to do other than just put it in a ponytail.    I don't think I can pull it up now.  Just have to pin it, but that's fine with me.

I probably should have stayed at work longer - but, well, I didn't

So I have to find a new pair of tri shorts.  I was wearing my tri club ones during the New York City tri and took them off after the race and found a hole near the pad.  Not very big, but I'm still not going to wear them again.

Not convinced I want another pair of the club shorts.  They have a few holes and I've only had them since last season.  It's really annoying.

I love having a lack of pressure at work... Im catching up on all the TDF stuff I can get my hands on!

Good thing my bro gets in Tuesday morning and I have the 4 days off work with it because i think Id be lost without the cycling to obsess about...

Wonder if Im going to have post tour re-entry issues...

Well got a light brick (9.5 mile ride and 3.33 mile run (with a .5 mile walk in there because of nutrition issues ).

Tomorrow I am off from work again (I sort of like this retirement thing) and SO is leaving for the weekend so me and my bike are going to go for 60.

Time to get some rest.  Talk to you guys tomorrow after the ride!
