Subject: RE: Ephs Team Thread (September Run Challenge)Just got back from my 20 mile long run. The heat and humidity took it's toll early in the run but I was able to recover some hydration at least through 16. Things did start to get tough in the last few miles though (Hills and Dehydration ) but I made it happen. Feeling strong for my upcoming race especially since it is pancake flat and nothing like the race I am really training for. (Boston ) Current Week: 84 Miles (My week, Monday to Sunday ) MTD: 160 Miles - 64% Complete Train Well Everyone  |
