My planned runs for the week: Tuesday - 40 minutes Thursday - 26 minutes Saturday - 35 minutes Should be about 8-9 miles all together. My plan is a minutes based plan this month, so I'm not sure about my mileage. As the weeks pass, if my mileage gets lean, I'll add some on if needed.
