Welcome, Gary!

Got a 5-mile run in this afternoon to meet my challenge requirement for today.  Definitely one completed out of stubbornness and for the sake of the challenge, as it felt awful!  I was basically forced to take the past week off from running due to getting sick and being on a business trip (at the same time, actually), and I really felt that today!

This 'you only have to do 30 minutes' is working out well. It gets me out when I don't want to, and once out we'll overachieve. Well, as long as we both feel okay. Today hubby didn't feel so good, but we got our 30.

Nice work this weekend everyone! I think you all are making up for me, because I felt AWFUL on saturday.  And Sunday I wasn't too smart and did the Incline with some friends (google "manitou springs incline".  I actually had to sit down a few times because I was dizzy and very light headed.  Today, I did yoga and that felt really good. I'm feeling better, so we'll see what I can do this evening.

Happy Monday!

Hey guys! My name is Jana. I am currently training for my first half-marathon.  I got a 6-miler in yesterday and feel great. I will try to get in some strength training this evening.

I am married with two kids ages 6 and 4, so most of my workouts are at night when everyone is asleep.

Keep up the good work and have a great Monday!

O.k., I'm back - 25 min in this am which leaves me 5 more min to get today & I have to be REALLY consistent for the rest of the week because I took a couple of "distraction days" this weekend (which are TOTALLY unlike me!)

I'm raring to go now!!!

You and Travis make quite the pair - he was sick at home and you were sick on the road.  Way to get out and get in a run!

I got out for a short run this morning - only 27 minutes.  I had to make up the rest of my 30 minutes with some core work.  I forgot how much I dislike doing situps!

Yeah, mate... just been so busy lately! Having a rough time finding opportunities to log into BT, especially whilst I'm at work. I'm definitely still around though -- not going anywhere.

A job that doesn't support a BT addiction?  Maybe I should have a talk with them.

Sadness... My days are crazy at the moment. I wake up at 6:30 to run, and don't get home until 8 or so, then have to eat dinner. Guess I could stay up later, but I tend to pass out around 9:30 or so.
