My body apparently didn't like my 2-a-day training schedule this week and is holding onto the weight. Any body else go through this? I have increased my workouts and kept my diet the exact same, but gained weight? I'm blaming my on eating high sodium foods at the super bowl party, and not enough water during the week,, but I'm pretty much the same weight as last week,, but I go through this were I'll lose nothing for a week or so, then keep doing the same things and lose for three staights weeks, then stall out again |
