Subject: RE: X-MenWill begin my super-power challenge this Saturday. I just joined the tri club and their kick-off training day is this Saturday with a swim, bike and a run. I'll be skipping out on that cold swim, of course, but will bike and run. From what I gather, they'll do at least 1.5 to 2 hours of biking so that'll put me at close to 50% of my goal of 5 hours in one day. I've started out strong like this before on biking challenges, and ending up coming within just a few easy miles of meeting my goal, so I'll just work even harder this time to persevere. |
