I just figured I would actually run immediately after the ride, vs. 15 minutes later. More time to run in the daylight. Hey, if you can ride those hills AND go run afterwards... a sprint tri will be a breeze. |

Week after next, I'll be back on the brick bandwagon. I'll look for you guys on the hill tonight--I've got my tri bike for a change. |
