After tonights run I have less than an hour left and a couple of runs scheduled for the weekend. Wont be updating until Monday (sunday) your time as out of time and leaving the notebook at home.

Back at it last night.  Time off was perfect, shins are back to 100%, only problem now s not overdoing it again.  17/50 as of today, hope to get to 30 by 2/28.  Sorry team, I'll do what I can

I haven't been hurt, but life and work (two different things) has gotten in the way.  I am busting my butt right now though.  Hope to be at or near 8 hours by Saturday, and get two more runs in, hopefully 10 hour by the end, still short, but I am pushing.

I am a couple of minutes shy but today was a bonus run anyway that was not on the training plan. I will exceed tomorrow (even if I just have to run home because my lunchtime run gets preempted with meetings.)
