Subject: RE: Ironman Texas 2015I am entering week 7 of my training plan. It is going well, last week was a recovery week, and wouldn't ya know it, I got sick and missed a few days. Didn't sweat it too much since it was a Recovery week with backed down intensity/volume anyhow. This week though will be close to 12 hours!
Also just had a RETUL bike fit done. Pretty cool! I can already notice a difference even though I am just on the trainer. Seem to be putting out more power with the same intensity as before. Can't wait to see how that translates to the road.
Still trying to figure out how I am going to get my bike down there. TBT is only offering pack and ship options. ProBike Express is trying to figure out if they will add it to their schedule or not. Will probably just fly with it and get it put together down there.
