Subject: RE: March S-B-R BLUE TeamHey team. I got stuck at the office all weekend and it looks like I have a slight running injury. Pain on my heel. Which means that I didn't get a run in this weekend and although I'll get in my scheduled runs this week, I can't push my running to get to 100% without risking furthering the injury which means I'm probably going to end up about 40 min short for the run. If all feels well on Friday I'll see about sneaking in an extra run, but this week is pretty heavy training wise so I'm not sure how that will pan out. On a good note though, I'm 1 hour away from my bike goal with 7 more hours planned this week and 1.5 hours away from my swim goal with 3 more hours planned this week. Here are my totals so far. SWIM: 8.5 / 10 hours ~ 85% BIKE: 19 / 20 hours ~ 95% RUN: 7.83 / 10 hours ~ 78.3% |
