I hear ya too...although there is some great tasting healthy stuff out there to be had! We should pass around recipes again! i had leftover grilled chicken....just dressed up a bit more! I marinated chicken breast in herb and garlic and grilled them. I made extra for lunches, Yesterday was chicken salad...in my bullet I put in chunked chicken, lt ranch dressing, walnuts and blended. Added cut up grapes when done. On a wholewheat flatbread spread chicken mixture and added spinach! Delish! Now if I want it warm I will add some cheese and heat it then add spinach...even more delish! |
