I would take 30 F right now.

It's about 2 degrees F right now. The warmest we are supposed to see is Sunday when it will get up to a day time high of 24 degrees F

But you know what as long as it isn't windy I actually enjoy running in this. I overheat easy. And although this is my first year running in the winter I actually quite enjoy it when I get to head out and do it.

Christmas time was nice with everyones lights up and Trees in the front window. I am suprised how nice it is to run in the winter. I swore to my friend in the summer that I would not run this winter she couldn't make me. I was WRONG.

I trained through a pretty bad winter (for VA) for a 9 mile race in Feb last year and I LOVED my long runs out in the snow and cold.  As long as it was sunny and not windy, I just had a blast out there.  It was my best run all year, as we subsequently had a very bad summer (for VA) and my body was NOT a fan of the heat.  This year I'm being a total wimp.  I'm actually concerned about running in 68 today...soooo not used to it.

Your right I found the HEAT worse this summer. It was my first year running and I had a couple of really horrible runs in the heat this summer.

I weigh a bit less now but I don't think this coming summer will be any better for me in the heat. I fear the Hot humid days.

Hey those are nice. My buddy has one still in mint shape. It has a 400 SB in it pretty close to stock but the truck is MINT. It was his dads and he basically restored it about 10 years ago and put a 3 inch lift kit in it. It's a sweet ride.

After driving my truck in today I am really thinking about putting a bit more work in it.

I already have it programmed and I have a BANKS monster exhuast and banks intercooler kit on it. I am thinking of taking the programmer out and going to the banks IQ that allows me to change programming on the fly.

Stupid truck is ridiculous for power and I haven't even done much to it.

ratherbeswimming - 2011-02-01 4:24 PM Why does the ex think it's ok to text and e-mail me again, just because I ran into him over the weekend?

because boys are idiots.  easy to block his email.  how long since the breakup?

Over a year. It was kind of ugly, but we started talking again (ok, mainly I used him to watch my dog). Then, he cut things off entirely so he could "move on".

Our Packaging Engineer at work makes me want to facepalm myself. No offense Marilyn.

I was at a restaurant bar last night and was talking to two mid 40 year old woman about marriage and life. One told me "if I was 7 years younger I would take you home" I had a good laugh out loud with that.

In an out this morning TAN, and not in a good way...

In case you were wondering?  They had the pool all nice and reasonably toasty!  knocked out 2750, no sweat.

I also got to bust out my winter swim jacket!  That happens like once every 2-3 years since the move.

Have a great day everyone!
