Good luck with your mom, I hope everything works out ok! I have had this workout come up a time or 2 and what I do is a recovery walk of 2 or 3 minutes to recover before going hard on the next one. Not sure if that is the intent, but it didn't make sense to me to do it 8 minutes straight. It is actually a pretty fun workout as you can go hard since they are short, but at the end you have worked hard! |
