I'm trying Kate.  But I feel like I'm swimming upstream on this one.

*sigh* I am ready to be done with work for the week.

Then again I am not looking forward to Sat.  Sat is field day for Ham Clubs and DH wants us to spend Sat night at the Museum of Science and Industry's ham radio exibit for field day.   Really, effin shoot me if I want to hang out in MOSI from 6 pm till 7 or 8 the next morning with a bunch of old creepy guys on a ham radio all night!!!

Yeah, that does sound exciting.  I'm sure you'll spice things up, probably being the only woman there that doesn't have to be inflated before use.

My weekend will be - long run on Saturday, before having to sit through a 6 hour kids swim meet, then a 2-3 hour bike ride on Sunday before heading down to sit on the sand in Galveston.

I have a 90 minute insurance and payroll meeting to look forward to in an hour...  We are changing systems.

I can't tell you how excited I am.

Once I finish, I have to finish laundry, take Tony's baseball uniform to him as he forgot part of it at home and he's got 2 games tonight, then off to the beach for some OWS and lounging.

As the resident slacker with no job... I can't offer a whole heck of a lot, but if I had the means, I'd be buying you and Tala tickets TODAY to be here!    

I had a great cup this morning.  Accidental perfection I guess.

Newman's Own, and I splashed the exact amount of hazlenut syrup and soy milk in it to make it perfect.

I am sad it's gone.

tomorrow is my bike's Bday.

Sunday is my wife's Bday

Tuesday is the start of my vacation! 

Can't wait!

Booooooo to domestic!  Then again, I don't cook at all - so it all evens out!  

Well, I think we have the money, but the wife is the planner.  I guess we have a stupid amount of weddings to go to this fall, and IMAZ and such...

I still think I may insist I take a couple red eye flights and get there.  Friday is the day?

Gone are the days women knew their place and had a hot dinner waiting for men when they get home... 

The other day, long effort at the office, then some training, then got sent to the grocery store for food, then I had to grill and cook it all...

She did put the leftovers away...  WooHoo... 

I'm so domesticated it's sickening...  Or is that trained?

Yep, Friday July 6th is the day! 

As much as I would absolutely LOVE it if you could be here, if for whatever reason it doesn't work out Jim, remember that we'll also be having a wedding ceremony & shindig in Vegas after IMAZ... would you be in town for that one? 

I talked myself into a Venti White Mocha from Starbucks with whip cream of course!

Yep, that's me too - I clean, do laundry, plan things, I'll be putting together the furniture in this place as we get it set up, grocery shopping, etc.... 

I'm hating you a little right now.

Though when I say 'hate' it really just means that I'm jealous.

Its kinda like having dessert first thing in the morning.
