Our company routinely gets confused with them; we share the same first name. All I know is they charge $35 for a carry on bag (and $100 if you don't pay when you book). Known as a nickle-and-dime airline. Edited by lisac957 2013-03-15 9:33 AM |

While I have not made french toast casserole I have made something simular. Cube up some bread, add a egg, milk, vanilla (opt) cinn mix just like you would for french toast and mix the bread and liquid together. pour mix into a prepared pan and let it soak overnite. Bake 350 for 45 min or so. Let cool down slice and add butter and syrup. Yummy. Add dried fruit to the mix if you want. |

I made it with yellowtail. Too bad; it was a perfectly good yellowtail. I had 26lb of it, and that's of flesh only (not even the whole fish). Yellow tail is very good as sashimi as well and you couldn't find a fresher one around. So we ate a bunch of it raw, froze half, and did everything under the sun with the remainder (about 10lb) and invited all our friends over. Breaded and fried was great. Grilled with lemon, olive oil and garlic was great. The casseroles (yes more than one), not so much. |

It's outrageously expensive right now as they're not running off shore here. All that's affordable is farm raised stuff and shipped in South American seafood. |
