Afternoon all.

Just thought I'd say hi.  I have made a decision too...

After meeting Adollar yesterday, I have decided that I will make it my mission to actually meet the TAN folks.  Now I must devise a plan.  That should get me through my next meetings...  At least I can look like I'm paying attention.

I'm gone for a few days and you've accumulated another 10 pages. I'd ask for a recap, but I pretty much already know what it was about.

Obviously, Nothing can go on without me.

I feel sad and unneeded.

We're glad you're back, brother.

Someone was gone?

Well, it beats having her shove her scepter up your patootie... although some guys really dig that.

Who are we to judge?

Contrary to popular belief I am a giver.

I believe it.

The question is more what are you giving......

That depends.....Can you run it controlled, at an easier pace?  And how is your foot doing?

Morning kids!

Good news!  My Grandson (first) was born last evening at ~5:15pm.  He was 8 lbs 3 oz and 18.25 inches long.  Mother and baby are doing great!

It was scary for a little while because as it turned out she had an abruptia (sic) so they did an emergency c section.

Here is a picture of me and Dominic.

Congrats Mike.

That's an awesome way to start the day.

Almost not even worthy of TAN, but more deserving of its own thread.

It feels much better today... I never felt like I was out of control on Saturday. I was pacing/racing, not dying at all. I think I can shave another 2:00 off of my time.

It's not a question of being out of control.  It's a question of not going too hard so that it affects the rest of the training for the week.

And ya can't PR every time, ya goob.
