Someone's going to have to tell me how to post them though. I tried once before and nada. Do I have to import them from somewhere other than my hard drive? |

I just need another run...after todays run to complete my goals! for you new challengers...Dee will sometimes let us go up to 110% soooo dont stop at 100% keep on going! we dont want the other teams to shoot ahead!!! A pair of Asics with limited support and a pair of cool looking Brooks racing shoes. I am working on going no support and possibly attempt barefoot running next spring so I figure the more flats I incorporate into my winter training will help me for that. I wish I could run. Part of me just wants to run 1-2 because my leg never flares up until 2.5 miles or more but I know that would be dumb! that WOULD be dumb, mr w. graves. the running 1-2 because your leg never flares up until 2.5 part. THAT would be dumb. cool shoes! both pairs. PICTURES? and way cool on the running barefoot aspiration. the way we were made to run....al naturale. kinda like swimming.  stacieb The Asics were ugly - black and silver but the price was right Here are the brooks if it works! hey they look just like my Newtons! are they stealing their design!??? I do like them...and Im sure they dont cost almost $200 with tax...so that makes me like them even better!! or do they cost that much?? I love a guy who can race in pink running shoes! sure there are many way tooo macho...or they thing they are macho who will not wear them! YOU GO BILL! and hows that summary going....I will need it by the end of the weekend....so hope your taking mental notes of all that is going on!!! oh and welcome back! haha are they PINK??? on my screen they come out red and orange. too funny! you ARE a real man BILL if they are pink. stacieb I just looked again...and this time on my laptop...and PINK AGAIN! do I need to adjust my colors!?? that's hysterical. Wild Thing #3 is all packed and ready to get booted off the island for the whole weekend! YAY! front of the house still needs swept. dishes need rinsed. (was waitin until after lunch) upstair master bath still to clean. laundry needs put away. and ive added probably at least 1 page to our thread. all in days work. whew! stacieb |

Although I won't win any aquajogging marathons I have not yet drowned which is a positive right? Just feel dorky running in water - just doesn't feel the same by any means but I am sure I will adapt to it. Yesterday was already better than Wednesday. well then, just think what tomorrow will bring! just looking for the positive! so do you touch the bottom of the pool or do you do this jogging in deeper water??? |

When you are posting, just above submit, check the "attach a file after posting" box. Then when you submit, you can "browse" your computer for the picture. |
