Subject: RE: Ghoulies October: GHOULIE CRUSHERS!Got my strength in and did a fast (for me ) 3.5 run last night - doesn't help the teenage girls in the neighborhood thought they could outrun me. I don't go far or fast but I don't sprint and wonder why I can't keep it going.  Will do some more strength and another 3.5 as soon as the legs wake up and I will be caught up after I cut the run on Monday short. Sorry I haven't been around much. Hubby has decided on a HUGE bbq this weekend at our house and since I have to run 9 on Saturday morning I am trying to get things out of the way before Saturday so it can be less hectic.  Stacie |
