Hi Team - just a quick update to let you know the challenge for next month (November) has already been posted here:

Its all about hitting your workouts for the month and being run by the lovely Travis - all you need to do is commit to 20 workouts in the month, each a minimum of 30 minutes in duration.

What those workouts are - well thats up to you!!! 

So many things to say - thanks I hope the tri-suit gets here in time... I kinda like the idea of racing in the proper gear even if it is only a smaller race (although apparently they were getting close to the 1000 max sign ups... eek!) 

And the only pookie I know of is spelt Pooky:

Slugger - 2008-10-15 1:44 AM I just don't know about my goals for the month. I'm having a really tough time right now, and I have no clue what is going on. I don't know if I need to HTFU or to back off a bit - hate that dilemma. I really, really want to make my goal, but I don't know. I'm going to keep trying to push through it for now and quit whining. At least for five minutes. Anyway, hopefully by mentioning that I might not make my goals I'll get some good external pressure to get my arse out there and RUN!
