I have been hanging over the porcelain god since 5 AM with chills and sweats...if I didn't have the chills/sweats thing going on I might think it was the wine last night. All I know is I have attempted to eat a dry english muffin and sip at water/coffee and it's barely sitting there. (I know coffee isn't a great choice except I need the caffeine today) There's a "stomach bug" going around here. A lot of people at werk have gotten it. I live in fear of catching it..... So far, I've managed to avoid the evil thing. (Quick, find me some wood, or whatever other lucky charm you believe in.) Instead of coffee, drink some coca-cola? (I keep a bottle in the house, in case the evil bug finds me.) Hope you feel better soon! |

And about your race...you are just leaving some room for improvement. I finished my first race. At the end of the season I repeated the same course and was able to take a nice chunk off the original time. I have been learning through my mistakes, but somehow I keep finding new mistakes to make during a race. Some day I will have made them all, but in the meantime I am aquiring plenty of humorous memories.I finished... not sure it was a great race but it was an excellent event and everyone finished! I LOVED taking everyone out there... seeing how proud they were of themselves and how much fun everyone had!!! It made me SO happy! I just wish my own race was more successful! But thats ok... Im sure I will figure it out!

I had my staff do this on me, and then when I did their reviews I made sure that nothing negative they said about me showed up on them. This year they will be more comfortable writing an eval on me now that they know it will not come back to haunt them. Good luck! |

The only part of me that is getting cold are my knees, but I haven't bought any chaps yet. Not planning to until I lose all my weight. |
