Probably just a light workout at lunch...maybe a couple miles jogging, and 15-20 minutes on the exercise bike...just to keep the muscles loose...then a softball game after work. I'll be in Kona tomorrow, not to race...LOL...but to play golf. A bunch of coworkers and I had free vouchers to fly interisland, and they were going to expire...so we decided to just fly in Saturday morning, play a round at one of the resort courses, and fly back in. I should get back home by about 8pm, so plenty of time to rest up for my race on Sunday. |
