Elite 4201 washington state | Subject: RE: Ghoulies HMs and margaritas I had a really good run on the treadmill yesterday. Fast (for me) speed intervals and the recovery pace in between was still a good pace for me. Now I need to go that fast outside without the tready to force me along. |

Dee, take some pictures of the market. That sounds fun. Have a great time with the kiddos, Ann. Kendra, do not work too much. Everyone have a fabulous weekend. Especially you lucky dogs that get extra time off! |

Elite 4201 washington state | Subject: RE: Ghoulies HMs and margaritas I put some pics of the fundraiser for the orphanage in Thailand on my Facebook page. In the picture of the group that is posed, Larry and I are on the far right. We had a good time and the food was great! Somewhat americanized Thai food .... whatever, it was delicious! I haven't heard how much was raised, but it sure looked like a success. |

Champion 16743 Somewhere I can be nekidd | Subject: RE: Ghoulies HMs and margaritas Good morning Ghoulies! Today is a holiday for me and the kids. We did have plans for the day, but since the boy has strep we are staying home now. He's in my bed watching TV, and Keri and I are getting ready to do some baking. I'm very happy I took the boy to the ExpressCare center yesterday and got him on antibiotics, he is already feeling better this morning than he was yesterday. At one point in time yesterday he asked if he could go lay down in my bed and turn on the TV. I said yes, and when I went to check on him I found him lying in the hallway. At first I thought he passed out, but when I checked on him he said he just needed to take a break. I helped get him in bed then and he slept for the next several hours. He had his phone and if he needed something he would send me a text. At one point I was at the school with Keri for her last basketball game, he sent me a text asking if I could send his dad back to the bedroom. I'm hoping spring gets here soon, and it leaves all the illnesses behind! |

MotoQueen 13195 | Subject: RE: Ghoulies HMs and margaritas This weekend hubby and I worked a race that starts just about 3 miles from our house. We worked the finish line arriving at 7:45am and not leaving until 12:30pm. IT WAS COLD!!! I had five layers on but was still cold. There was a 1/2 mary, 10K, 5K and a fun run. We had a good time. The lady who was our team captain had no idea what to do, so I kind of stepped in and made suggestions to her. Like don't hand the medal out to the runner just as they cross the finish line, they are running their hardest to get the best time and can't put on the breaks that fast. So I got them to back off of the finish line by about 20 feet. Wanted them back farther, but did not want to make too much of a fuss. Maybe next year I will sign up to be the team captain for the finish line. Then I can run it the way I want to. Edited by kns57 2013-02-18 9:30 AM |

Elite 4201 washington state | Subject: RE: Ghoulies HMs and margaritas Over the weekend I started logging our food on My Fitness Pal. It is a bit of a pain right now but it will get easier as our regular foods build up. I want to see just how much we are putting in our mouths. So far so good, but we are coming off of a strict diet back into trying to eat sensibly so there is always danger to not be so sensible. |

It really brings home at the end of the day what you ate, plus if you think that you don't want to log what you are eating then you don't need to eat it. |

Yay! I try to use MFP too, I just get frustrated trying to log my foods, but doing it regularly so my foods get built up and it's easier to log would probably be a good idea! |
