4h45 am while on vacation .. something is wrong with me

x2. You should be going to sleep at that time, not waking up then!

Uh, at least, that's how I'd do it.

At least you can take a nap later.  I've tried doing that at my desk, but it turns out they frown on that in the office.

Next time, try doing it UNDER your desk. Makes it tougher for "them" to see you that way.

I just ate half a bag of carrots potato chips and most of a head of red leaf lettuce huge tuna sandwich.  Still hungry.   Harumph.

Fixed that so it sounds like my lunch.

Dee must be a little bummed at the lack of taser victims

Well, I have mixed feelings about it.

One on hand, I really WANT to taser everyone.

On the other, I'm really glad that everyone is doing so well with reaching their goals.

So maybe I'll just cheer, and then taser all of you anyway.

Time flies when you're post padding, busy running and doing tri's.

serendipity - 2009-06-30 5:50 AM Good morning team!  So many of us are at 100%!  We rock!

Add another to the 100% column, got in 41 minutes this morning to put me 1 minute over my increased goal - sorry Dee, no taser for me!

Tasers apparently provide the right motivation for us...

Yay, tasers!

ebshot - 2009-06-30 7:22 AM Morning guys.  I'm sick.  Stupid cold.  I tried to get up to run this morning and couldn't pick my head up off my pillow.  I'll try to get out later today.     But, on the upside, I did already reach my original goal of 30 miles, this is my second increase.  Sooooo, hopefully, I'll be good to go by tonight!

A cold and poison ivy - you are not allowed to do any more HIM's - apparently you fall apart afterwards

I agree. She should only do full IMs from now on.

For all our American teammates, what is everyone doing for the 4th of July?

Well, our non-American teammates have the 4th of July, too. It's just not necessarily a holiday for them.

750m OWS race - ack!  Water temp was 90 degrees last week...

That's warm. Even for me.....

Then again, no one will know who's peeing in the lake.... No "warm spots."

(Ewwww! I can't believe I just typed that!)

Oh yeah, then I have a sprint the next day 500m OWS (same lake) - 12mi bike - 5k run.  Maybe my family will come out to watch one or both!

Admit it -- you secretly love the 90F lake water. That's why you keep swimming in it.

Yeah, the carrots and lettuce wasn't doing it for me, either.

Of course, MY lunch would also include Milano cookies.
