Boy did I sleep great last night. 10:00 straight through until 6:30. Feel great this morning and going on a BT group ride this afternoon! I'm jealous of both the sleep and the group ride. So how many BTer's actually get together on a regular basis like that? Seems like there are a few groups by area. I think it's more prevalent in the more populated areas, where there tend to be more triathletes, and therefore more people who've heard of BT. In the DC area, there are a whole bunch of BT'ers, including folks who aren't very active on the boards, but log here, etc. I know a lot of folks who ride together. Just none that I can keep up with... We should meet halfway one weekend and do a group ride together. |

Oh wait... I bike commute. I took the 'long way' home, using the bike trail from downtown to Sac State to my house last night... man there were some cute girls riding. The warm weather brings 'em out. I was in a state of perpetual whiplash during the spring when I was in school at Univ of Georgia. Aaahhh the mammaries memories... There are definitely times I miss being in college. Spring is definitely the toughest time. I don't run into good looking girls on a daily basis here in Iowa, especially with my job. At school you couldn't go 5 minutes without seeing a gorgeous girl. My bike commute takes me right through the middle of UW-Madison campus. :D I run around Case Western's campus at lunch, and while they "scenery" isn't very good (my girlfriend used to say about the men at Case: the odds are good but the goods are odd), it sure does make me miss college. Only then do you have all the freedom of adulthood and practically zero responsibility. |

Here's my schedule - Every other Sat and Sun. - Kids' basketball tournaments M - F - Wife takes off to work by 6 a.m. whilst Daddio deals with kidlets until 7:30 a.m. Late for work every morning. If there is EVER a chance we can meet up, we'll try! It's rough with having 3 kids. |
