So far we've gotten around 15" of snow and it's still coming down. They are calling for blizzard conditions this afternoon, oh joy. I just did 1:15 on the trainer downstairs. I will probably hit it again later today, just because I need something to do and I don't think I'll be out running today. I'm not going to psych myself out about Black Bear, but I do want to go ride it. Kim if you want me meet me there that would be AWESOME!!! Robin - you're going to need to put some all terrain tires on that party boat if you're getting to my house! |

A hill is only a hill and just take your time going up and over and things will be glorious. Don't start psyching yourself out now because you are a Ghoulie and you will destroy that hill! x2. It may hurt on the way up but there's two things to remember there: 1) You get to go back down again. 2) You will have bragging rights forever. Maybe instead of an MDot on your calf you could get the bike course elevation chart tattooed there! |

That is weird! The worst thing that happened to me was my towel got swiped. Nothing like drying off with my sweatshirt and air dryer in the locker room! I was not too happy about that. I wish someone would steal my suit - it is at replacement level - almost see through its totally EWWWW is what it is BILL. and its the SECOND time that its happened to me. gets old after awhile. those suckers are EXPENSIVE. stacieb |
