I decided I want to be a drag queen!! you barely watch TV and THAT'S what you selected? I'm sad. No wonder you don't watch much... that's just the last stuff I watched I do tend to like the historical programs. |

I love mythbusters and deadliest catch... as well as pretty much any special they do. <---- big geek mythbusters.... I want to work for Jamie and Adam in San Fran. Best job ever. Mythbusters drives me crazy with their lack of appropriate controls. Sadly, I agree. I am not exactly a lab-based scientist, but I must say, while I love the show and find it very entertaining, I take their tests with a grain of salt. I wouldn't have any problem with them if they came out and said "look, here are the factors we didn't take into account" and went from there. As it is, though, it's entertainment. Not a hardcore science show. they only time it REALLY bugged me was the "swimming in syrup" myth... They had a theory and brought in an olympic swimmer to finally proove their theory, but when his data didn't match all the rest, the decided to "through it out" as not being valid... The only time I can REALLY tell they chose to make the data fit the conclusion they wanted. |

Not exactly historically accurate, but both the series "The Tudors" and "Sparticus" on Showetime (I think) were interesting depictions of historic events during their respective time periods. Plus Sparticus has lots of full frontal male nudity, so you really can't go wrong there. Actually I meant history channel type stuff. Particularly ancient history and battles and such. Ah well, then ignore my soft core porn with a little bit of history mixed in suggestions. I may have to check them out sometime but I also don't get the movie channels, With the amount I watch TV it's not really something I feel the need to spend money on. Besides if I can't touch it why watch it??? You could always rent it on dvd from netflix. And I agree. Some of these guys have the most amazing bodies I've ever seen. I want to run my tongue over their abs just to see how it feels. Alas, licking my TV screen does not have the same effect. again, you need the swim cap and goggles. For licking my TV screen? Dude, what does your TV do that mine doesn't? |
