I think I am making braciole - which is flank steak rolled around cheese and spices, etc baked for a long time in marinara sauce with white wine and some other stuff. Smashed potatoes with parmesan, and salad.

And Guinness cake - which is an inside joke between Matt and I, which he will appreciate. Esp. since his bday is today.
