Without your support I wouldn't be here right now. I would especially like to thank Cat, Yanti, Beth, and Lyssa-gator(even though she isn't a nibbs) for the hours we have spent chating about...whatever. In these 5 thousand posts I have made many wonderful memories. Horny Melons, the Little Miss and Mr spree, Melon pics (The original Horned Melon provided by Yanti, Mike showing 'the goods' and my steamy bath tub photos), chatting the evening before a race while shaving my legs, the list goes on and on. I have also shared heartfelt conversations with many of you that I will cherish/appreciate for as long as I remember them. Thank you again, Melissa CONGRATULATIONS Mel! I cant believe how fast you got to 5k!!! |

I always make a visit before any sort of workout. I am not a big fan of my digestive system. I have decided that Apple cider is not the best preworkout beverage. |

I did have a root canal about a year and a half ago and the root tissue isn't healing. Apparently, there is some infected tissue that will need to be removed. But, I can't have surgery until my thyroid levels are straightened out (don't heal well while they are low), so it will be at least 3 months. I'm ok with that. I would rather do anything than go to the dentist. Well, almost anything given that I have to do my oral exams soon. |
